The Town of Valdese Human Resources Department provides personnel related services to all Town departments.

These services include planning, organizing and implementing a variety of personnel programs designed to help the Town achieve its mission and vision.

Work includes developing policies and programs and planning for the implementation of personnel practices with management and employees.

Functions include compensation, employee relations, training and development, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance evaluation programs, wellness programs, and personnel records management.

The Human Resources Office is located in Town Hall at 102 Massel Avenue, SW.
