Important Message from the Valdese Water Department: We will be completing routine hydrant flushing on Tuesday, June 4 in the areas of US 70 West, Flat Gap Road, Ledger Road, Lydia Avenue, Fontaine Avenue, Bievenue Avenue, Tron Avenue, Faet Street, Millstone Avenue, Barus Avenue, Orchard Street, Abernathy Drive, Powell Drive Extension, and Pine Ridge Street. If you notice discoloration to the water in your home, flush with cold water until water runs clear. If water does not clear after 15 minutes, please call 828-879-2128. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our utility customers.
