Please disregard any sewer smells in this area. If you notice low water in your toilets, flush the toilet to refill with water. This maintenance will not cause damage to your toilets. Important Message from Valdese Water Department: We will be completing routine hydrant flushing on Wednesday, February 11 in the areas of Meytre Avenue, Crescent Street, Lovelady Road, Massell Avenue (rec. center), Phillip Avenue, Louise Avenue, Bellview Avenue, Forest Drive, Curville Street, Oakland Court, Draughn High School, North Laurel, McGalliard Park Avenue, Callaway Drive. If you notice discoloration to the water in your home, flush with cold water until water runs clear. If water does not clear after 15 minutes, please call 828-879-2128.
