Important Message from Valdese Water Department: We will be completing routine hydrant flushing on Tuesday, January 6th in the areas of Flat Gap Road, Main Street W (Auto Works), Lydia Avenue, Fontaine Avenue, Bienvenue Avenue, Tron Avenue, Faet Street, Millstone Avenue, Barus Road, Orchard Street, Abernathy Drive, Powell Drive Extension, Pine Ridge Street. If you notice discoloration to the water in your home, flush with cold water until water runs clear. If water does not clear after 15 minutes, please call 828-879-2128.
