Please disregard any sewer smells in this area. If you notice low water in your toilets, flush the toilet to refill with water. This maintenance will not cause damage to your toilets. How to pay your Utility Bill

Effective immediately, the Town of Valdese is no longer accepting over the phone credit card payments for utility bills due to regulations from our credit card processing merchant. There are still three options for making your utility bill payment 1) Online at townofvaldese.com, 2) Automatic bank draft, or 3) In person at the Town Hall Main Office.
