Arbor Day Celebration- 30 Years of Valdese being a Tree City USA Community!

Valdese Elementary 4th graders joined the Town of Valdese on Friday, March 16 to celebrate Arbor Day! Each student that participated in the event was given a White Pine to plant themselves! Town of Valdese is celebrating 30 years of being a Tree City USA community! In honor of that, vouchers will be available for pick up at the Old Rock School to purchase a Crape Myrtle for only $20 from Settlemyre Nursery. Get them while they last- only 30 available!
