Please disregard any sewer smells in this area. If you notice low water in your toilets, flush the toilet to refill with water. This maintenance will not cause damage to your toilets. Important Message for Valdese Residents: The Foundation Forward Charters of Freedom Educational Park Dedication Ceremony will take place Friday, May 20th at 11:00 A.M. at 227 Main Street West in Downtown Valdese. Residents should be aware that this ceremony will feature seven consecutive cannon firings. These shots will be completed between approximately 11:30 A.M. and 11:45 A.M. and will be under careful supervision of the Valdese Fire and Police Departments. Faet Street will be closed for this event from approximately 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
