Important Message from the Valdese Water Department: We will be completing routine hydrant flushing on Tuesday, August 15 in the areas of Meytre Avenue, Crescent Street, Lovelady Road, Massel Avenue, Main Street, Phillip Avenue, Louise Avenue, Bellview Avenue, Forest Drive, Oakland Court, Kathy Drive, North Laurel Street, McGalliard Park Avenue and Callaway Drive. If you notice discoloration to the water in your home, flush with cold water until water runs clear. If water does not clear after 15 minutes, please call 828-879-2128. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our utility customers.
