Please disregard any sewer smells in this area. If you notice low water in your toilets, flush the toilet to refill with water. This maintenance will not cause damage to your toilets. Flushing Water Lines

Valdese Public Works Department will be flushing water lines on Drexel Rod, in the old HWY 18 area, Bethel Road, and on HWY 18 today. If you notice discoloration in your water, flush lines for 15 minutes with cold water. If water does not clear after 15 minutes, please call Public Works at 828-879-2128. Thank you!
